Our Story
Built by Entrepreneurs, Engineered for Growth
What happens when tech-driven entrepreneurs step into agency ownership? They build something different.
Matt and Chris started by transforming healthcare, developing cost transparency tools at Change Healthcare that reshaped the industry and ultimately exited to Emdeon, the global claims processing leader. Meanwhile, Adam was reimagining the structure of networking events and architecting innovative digital tools to power the future of online professional communities. Our paths converged when we joined forces through a mutual VC partner at Checkd.in, a data-driven fan engagement platform that helped entertainment brands and agencies analyze audience affinity and behavior.
In 2015, we founded Southern Made—not as agency veterans, but as problem-solvers filling a critical gap in the market. We built a powerhouse tech execution partner for industry leading brands and digitally minded agencies, working collaboratively with clients such as T-Mobile, PepsiCo, NBC Universal, Beam Suntory and Amazon. Along our adventure we scaled, exited, then reacquired Southern Made—because we knew the potential was much greater.
Today, we’re an 8-figure agency growing 30% year over year, blending deep technical expertise with the strategic insight of entrepreneurs who’ve built, sold, and scaled businesses.
For agency owners thinking about what’s next, we’re not just another acquirer—we’re operators, builders, and partners who understand how to maximize value and scale success. Let’s talk.
